About the Role:
A leading software company in Bahrain is looking for a Project Manager to oversee software and web development projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and coordination to delivery — ensuring quality results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software, website, and web application projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and clients to define scope, goals, and timelines.
• Track project progress and proactively handle issues or risks.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support QA testing and ensure smooth deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or software project management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
