A well-established printing press in Hidd, Bahrain is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily printing operations, including both offset and digital printing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the full printing production process.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate printing jobs for on-time delivery.
• Monitor production quality and maintain equipment efficiency.
• Lead and train production staff to meet company standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, printing, and delivery teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in offset and digital printing management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
