Civil Structural Draftsman – Manama, Bahrain

A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is looking for an experienced Civil Structural Draftsman to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience in structural design and drafting for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate structural drawings for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
• Support engineers with drafting, detailing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct occasional site visits and assist with inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of structural drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software like ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD Pro.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication.
• PE license or working towards it is a plus.
