Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef / Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our traditional Bahraini restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team efficiently
• Plan and prepare traditional Bahraini dishes
• Ensure proper kitchen procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Bahraini cuisine and traditional cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
