Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shawarma Maker Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in our restaurant. The role involves preparing meats, operating the shawarma grill, assembling wraps and platters, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate meats for shawarma
• Operate the shawarma grill efficiently and safely
• Assemble shawarma wraps, platters, and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Basic kitchen experience; experience with shawarma or Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food prep tasks
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
