Sr. Project Manager – Construction (15+ Years Experience)

About the Role

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will manage projects from the initial planning stage to final completion. You will coordinate with teams, handle budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan project schedules and manage each phase effectively.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and track project expenses.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and expectations.
• Prepare tender documents and review project bids.
• Select and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Monitor work quality and enforce safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and delays quickly.
• Maintain proper records and report project progress.
• Manage final inspections and ensure smooth project handover.

Tools & Skills You’ll Use

• AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Managing budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating multiple teams and project tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of construction project management experience (preferably Gulf projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Experience handling teams, vendors, and clients confidently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
