Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the decoration department independently
• Create attractive and modern decoration concepts for different projects
• Plan and organize decoration work to ensure timely delivery
• Handle multiple decoration orders at the same time
• Guide and supervise team members during design and setup
• Maintain high-quality finishing and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements
• Prepare decoration pricing based on design style and project needs
• Work with different decorative materials, including Styro cutting and shaping
• Ensure all decoration work meets company quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in decoration, event styling, or related work
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Experience in handling decoration teams and daily operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good planning, organizational, and time management abilities
• Knowledge of color combinations, design balance, and decoration aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking personality
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Good handwriting and presentation skills
• Ability to create unique, trendy, and customized decoration ideas
• Experience in cake decoration, dessert decoration, or event decoration is a plus
