Urgently Required HVAC Supervisor in Bahrain

We are urgently hiring an experienced HVAC Supervisor for a reputed company in Bahrain. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and hands-on experience managing HVAC projects and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Monitor daily operations of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and cooling equipment
• Ensure all HVAC work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project standards
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify maintenance or repair requirements
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical support
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Support project planning, site supervision, and operational improvements

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in HVAC supervision
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Experience in HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Ready for immediate joining
