Van Salesman

We are hiring an experienced Van Salesman for a growing food brand. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in food distribution, and the ability to build relationships with cold stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail customers.

This role is suitable for candidates who are motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in van sales and FMCG product distribution.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit cold stores, restaurants, and retail outlets to promote and sell food products
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Manage product delivery and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate sales records and delivery documentation
• Ensure proper display and promotion of products at customer locations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales or food product sales
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or retail sales is preferred
• Ability to drive a manual delivery van
• Valid driving license preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bangla language speaking ability is an advantage
