Admin Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant for a document clearing office in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Bahrain government portals, document processing, and administrative support services. Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle document clearing and administrative processing tasks
  • Process applications through Sijilat, LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and other government portals
  • Prepare, verify, and submit official documents and applications
  • Coordinate with clients and government departments regarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office documents
  • Follow up on approvals, renewals, and application status updates
  • Support daily office administration and customer service tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of document clearing experience in Bahrain
  • Strong working knowledge of Sijilat, LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and related portals
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in office administration and government documentation
  • Knowledge of visa processing, CR services, and labor-related applications
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
