We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant for a document clearing office in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Bahrain government portals, document processing, and administrative support services. Immediate joining is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle document clearing and administrative processing tasks
- Process applications through Sijilat, LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and other government portals
- Prepare, verify, and submit official documents and applications
- Coordinate with clients and government departments regarding documentation
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office documents
- Follow up on approvals, renewals, and application status updates
- Support daily office administration and customer service tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of document clearing experience in Bahrain
- Strong working knowledge of Sijilat, LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and related portals
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining
Preferred Skills
- Experience in office administration and government documentation
- Knowledge of visa processing, CR services, and labor-related applications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
