Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Supervisor for a swimming pool maintenance company. The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and able to manage field maintenance operations and technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimming pool maintenance and repair activities
• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work progress
• Inspect swimming pools and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Ensure timely service delivery and quality workmanship
• Communicate with clients regarding maintenance updates and requirements
• Maintain service records and work reports
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, energetic, and responsible personality
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities
• Ability to manage maintenance work in the field
• Must be currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining

Preferred Skills

• Experience in maintenance supervision or facility management
• Knowledge of swimming pool systems, pumps, and equipment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and service requests
