We are hiring an experienced Electrician cum Plumber for general maintenance work in our building.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Valid driving license required
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair work
• Ability to handle electrical troubleshooting and plumbing repairs
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repair work
• Handle plumbing installation and maintenance tasks
• Fix water leakage, pipes, wiring, switches, and other maintenance issues
• Support general building maintenance work
• Ensure safety standards are followed during all repair work

Preferred Skills

• Maintenance technician experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently
• Good problem-solving skills
