Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and executive support tasks
- Handle emails, phone calls, and business correspondence
- Organize meetings, schedules, and calendars for management
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Must currently be residing in Bahrain
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative work efficiently
- Professional attitude with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role is an advantage
