Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading construction company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end construction projects, ensure timely delivery, control costs, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams. This role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and solid experience in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and required resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Resolve site issues and support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and approve necessary expenditures.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and attend project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies on site.
• Manage risks, delays, variations, and change orders.
• Lead project teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and site requirements.
• Handle project handover and ensure proper close-out documentation.

Required Skills and Experience
