Assistant Hairdresser

We are urgently hiring an Assistant Hairdresser for a 5-star ladies’ salon. The ideal candidate should be experienced, flexible, and passionate about hair styling and salon services. This role is suitable for someone who can support senior stylists and deliver high-quality customer service in a luxury salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior hairdressers and stylists with daily salon operations.
• Support hair cutting, washing, blow-drying, and basic styling services.
• Prepare clients for treatments and ensure a comfortable salon experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Assist with hair treatments, coloring preparation, and product application.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to salon clients.
• Follow salon standards, procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon as an assistant hairdresser or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic hairdressing techniques and salon operations.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment.
• Professional attitude and team spirit.
