Chocolatier

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chocolatier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in chocolate making and a passion for creating high-quality confectionery products.

As a Chocolatier, you will be responsible for crafting premium chocolates, developing attractive chocolate displays, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This role requires creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and craft premium chocolates and chocolate-based products.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Create attractive chocolate presentations and displays.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Monitor ingredients and ensure proper storage of raw materials.
• Assist with product development and new chocolate creations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Ensure all products meet company standards and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Chocolatier or Chocolate Maker.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate production, tempering, molding, and decorating techniques.
• Creativity and artistic skills in chocolate design and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or production environment.
• Passion for fine confectionery, desserts, and artisan chocolate products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with handcrafted chocolates, pralines, truffles, and specialty confectionery.
• Knowledge of modern chocolate-making techniques and premium ingredients.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
