Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is an advantage.
