Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, business letters, and official correspondence
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal and external communication
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and proper document control
  • Support daily administrative and office management tasks
  • Coordinate professionally with clients, visitors, and external stakeholders
  • Assist management with clerical and operational support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Previous experience in secretarial work, office administration, or executive support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
