Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, business letters, and official correspondence
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal and external communication
- Maintain filing systems, records, and proper document control
- Support daily administrative and office management tasks
- Coordinate professionally with clients, visitors, and external stakeholders
- Assist management with clerical and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Previous experience in secretarial work, office administration, or executive support is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
