Carpenter

We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The role involves woodwork, furniture installation, repair work, and general carpentry tasks in residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs
• Read and understand blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to complete work accurately
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials using hand tools and power tools
• Assemble and install wooden structures using nails, screws, glue, and other fixing materials
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, polishing, staining, and painting
• Inspect existing structures to identify damage or wear and tear
• Repair and restore damaged wooden fixtures and furniture
• Carry out general carpentry and maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of woodwork, furniture making, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and woodworking machinery
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
