We are hiring an experienced and proactive Merchandising Supervisor to manage field merchandising operations across multiple locations in Bahrain. This role focuses on team leadership, staff deployment, and maintaining high merchandising standards in retail outlets.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily merchandising operations
- Manage merchandiser deployment, attendance, scheduling, and site allocation
- Monitor team performance and ensure in-store merchandising standards are maintained
- Conduct regular market visits to support field staff and check compliance
- Coordinate with clients, store managers, and internal departments
- Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain productivity
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance and market activities
- Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and brand visibility
Requirements
- Previous experience in merchandising operations and team supervision
- Experience in staff deployment and field team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage daily operations independently
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid Bahrain driving licence (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Male candidates preferred
