Storekeeper

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Storekeeper to manage food and beverage inventory for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, control inventory levels, and support smooth kitchen and restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage deliveries
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
  • Ensure proper storage of food items according to hygiene standards
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method for stock rotation
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing teams for stock requirements
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts
  • Report directly to the manager or senior supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the hospitality or F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage inventory management
  • Good organizational and stock control skills
  • Experience in stock reporting and documentation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Honest, responsible, and dependable
