Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and support construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil, joinery, and MEP works, along with solid project management and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities and site operations.
• Plan and monitor project work schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise civil, joinery, MEP, and interior fit-out works.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Use CAD software to review and support design and execution requirements.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Solve site issues and ensure proper coordination between all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, joinery works, MEP systems, and fit-out projects.
• Experience in project management and site supervision.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients and consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary

• Salary: BHD 900 – 1000 (All inclusive)
