Yaqeen Bakery & Sweets W.L.L is hiring an experienced Pastry & Cake Chef to join our bakery team in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are looking for a creative and skilled professional who can prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Decorate cakes with high-quality presentation and finishing
• Develop new recipes and improve existing bakery products
• Manage daily pastry production and ensure consistency in quality
• Follow strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Work closely with the bakery team to meet daily production targets
• Maintain organization in the pastry section and manage ingredients properly
• Ensure all baked goods meet company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Cake Chef, or Bakery Chef
• Strong skills in cake decoration and modern pastry techniques
• Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Strong understanding of baking processes and pastry preparation
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle production pressure

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 250 BHD per month
