We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at It’s Mirchi Restaurant in Juffair, Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Increase sales & promotions through effective marketing strategies
✔ Manage social media promotions to boost brand awareness
✔ Train and supervise staff for smooth restaurant operations
✔ Plan menus in coordination with chefs
✔ Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance
✔ Monitor stock levels & order supplies as needed
✔ Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally
✔ Oversee reservations & greet guests with excellent service
✔ Prepare sales and staff reports for management
✔ Create and manage staff schedules efficiently
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in restaurant management
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
✔ Knowledge of budgeting, sales, and promotions
