Homeroom English, Arts, and Crafts Teacher

Location: Juffair, Bahrain

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated female teacher to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for local candidates who recently graduated and are looking for an immediate job opportunity.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be a local hire with an own visa (no visit visas).
  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with native-like speaking skills.
  • Must be compassionate, patient, and committed to working with young children.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience teaching young children (preschool, nursery, or reception).
  • Excellent skills in Arts and Crafts and a love for teaching through creative methods.

Position Details:

  • Part-time: 4 hours/day, Sunday to Thursday (9 am – 1 pm).
  • Salary: 110 BHD – 120 BHD per month.
  • Only flexi visa or family visa holders will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach English and arts and crafts in an engaging, supportive environment.
  • Prepare classroom materials and activities.
  • Organize fun, educational games to improve students’ learning.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback.
  • Maintain student attendance and grades.
  • Collaborate with parents and teachers to support student development.
  • Resolve classroom conflicts and manage crises.
  • Research and apply new teaching methods for better language learning.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience teaching English, with a deep understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Patience and resilience in working with young children.
  • Passion for fostering a positive, creative learning environment.
