We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you will help manage and analyze costs, prepare budgets, and ensure financial efficiency across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review operational costs and create detailed reports to support management in making informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets, offering forecasts and analyzing any variances.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control and minimize waste.
- Procurement Monitoring: Oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective buying of goods and services.
- Financial Compliance: Make sure that all financial activities follow company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a cost control or financial management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency with financial software, and excellent communication abilities are a must.
