Maintenance Supervisor – Signage & Manufacturing

A well-established company in Bahrain is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in signage and manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operation of equipment and machinery.
• Oversee preventative and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
• Plan and assign tasks to the maintenance team based on production priorities.
• Work closely with production and other departments to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Provide guidance to staff on proper equipment use to prevent damage.
• Maintain operational efficiency by reducing disruptions and delays.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in plant, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, CNC, and PLC systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
