Hiring: Part-Time Project Engineer (Construction) – Bahrain

We are looking for a Project Engineer to oversee construction projects in Bahrain. This part-time role requires managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with Bahraini building codes
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Submit final as-built drawings upon project completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management (Bahrain experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and project management software
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in facility projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and site supervision
