Hiring: Site Engineer/Supervisor – Bahrain

We are looking for a Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Bahrain. This full-time role involves managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction work, ensuring it follows project plans and schedules
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Enforce safety guidelines and conduct site inspections to prevent hazards
• Ensure work quality and materials meet technical standards and Bahraini building codes
• Maintain site records, including progress reports, attendance, and incident logs
• Address on-site technical issues quickly to avoid project delays

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 3–5 years of experience in site supervision (Bahrain experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and understand safety regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with facility projects
• Knowledge of Bahraini construction codes and regulations
