We are looking for an experienced Coffee Roastmaster to handle the roasting and blending of single-origin and specialty coffee for espresso and filter brewing.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Roast coffee beans to perfection and create consistent flavor profiles
✔ Manage and store green beans properly for optimal freshness
✔ Optimize roasting, resting, and packaging processes using an automatic scale and belt sealer
✔ Ensure quality control before and after roasting

Job Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a coffee roaster
✔ Knowledge of pre- and post-roasting quality control
✔ Passion for specialty coffee and attention to detail
