Hiring: Mechanical Sales Engineers/Executives – Indian Candidates Preferred

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Sales Engineers/Executives to join a leading General Trading Company in Bahrain. This role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Construction, Cement, Marine, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Water Treatment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in key industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
• Present, negotiate, and close sales deals
• Track sales performance and prepare reports
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the network
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional attitude

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering
• Proven sales experience in a similar field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license (Company car will be provided)
