HR & Accounts Executive in Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for an HR professional with an accounts background to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions
  • Assist with daily HR operations and keep employee records up-to-date
  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Implement HR policies throughout the company
  • Address employee queries and respond promptly
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure compliance
  • Prepare payroll and assist with VAT filing

Job Benefits:

  • Salary: 250 BHD (inclusive of all allowances)
  • Contract: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 6 days a week (1 day off)
  • Visa and Medical Insurance provided
  • Transportation not provided
