We are looking for an HR professional with an accounts background to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions
- Assist with daily HR operations and keep employee records up-to-date
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Implement HR policies throughout the company
- Address employee queries and respond promptly
- Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure compliance
- Prepare payroll and assist with VAT filing
Job Benefits:
- Salary: 250 BHD (inclusive of all allowances)
- Contract: 2 years
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 6 days a week (1 day off)
- Visa and Medical Insurance provided
- Transportation not provided
