We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused waitress to join our restaurant team. You will play an important role in providing a great dining experience for guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome
• Take food and drink orders accurately and serve them on time
• Provide menu recommendations and explain daily specials
• Assist guests with special requests and handle inquiries professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Keep the dining area clean and well-organized
• Process payments and handle cash transactions correctly

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress in a restaurant is preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of menu items and POS (point-of-sale) systems is a plus
