Marketing Executive (Filipino Nationals)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, content writing, public relations, and social media engagement. Strong communication skills and proficiency in software like Canva and PowerPoint are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage organic and paid marketing efforts, including content creation, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, lead generation, and event promotions.
• Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
• Build strong relationships with industry leaders, agencies, and vendors.
• Monitor marketing budgets and allocate funds efficiently.
• Review and approve marketing materials, including brochures, website banners, and case studies.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and ad campaigns based on insights.
• Track and report marketing performance to improve strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing with a passion for learning and growth.
• Strong understanding of target audience segmentation and creating effective marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other website performance tools.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• A creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Canva.
