We are looking for an experienced Mobile Technician who can also handle sales and customer service. If you have expertise in mobile phone repairs, troubleshooting, and sales, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Diagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware and software issues)
✔️ Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
✔️ Assist customers in selecting mobile devices and accessories
✔️ Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
✔️ Stay updated with the latest mobile trends and technology
Requirements
🔹 Experience in mobile phone repairs (hardware/software)
🔹 Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
🔹 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
🔹 Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
