Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced female Nursery Principal to lead our preschool in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have GCC experience and a strong background in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Increase student enrollment through effective strategies.
✅ Manage budgets and resources to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Lead and support teachers to maintain high educational standards.
✅ Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s Ministry of Education guidelines.
✅ Maintain strong communication with parents and families.
✅ Develop and implement a curriculum that meets student needs.
✅ Organize special events and activities for students and families.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
📌 Experience:
✔ Minimum 3 years in early childhood education.
✔ Previous experience in a leadership role within GCC.
✔ Ministry of Education approval in Bahrain as a Principal.
✔ First Aid certification is an advantage.
💡 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.
