A well-established construction company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Waterproofing Manager to oversee waterproofing projects, manage teams, and ensure high-quality project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (MBA is a plus).
✔ 6-8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in waterproofing.
✔ Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems (PU foam, membranes, lightweight screed, sub-structure waterproofing).
✔ Experience in tender preparation, technical submittals, and project documentation.
✔ Sales and marketing experience in waterproofing services.
✔ Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license.
✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily operations of the waterproofing division.
✔ Lead and coordinate waterproofing projects to ensure timely completion.
✔ Provide technical expertise and recommend the best waterproofing solutions.
✔ Communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and technical reports.
✔ Develop and implement business growth strategies.
✔ Guide and manage teams to meet company goals.
