A leading company in Bahrain’s real estate sector is looking for an experienced Finance Specialist for a 3+ month assignment.

Job Details:

📍 Location: Manama (Seef)
💰 Salary: BD 700-800
⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months (Full-time/Secondment)
📝 Experience Required: 5+ years in accounting & finance within real estate investment and development in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage financial records for real estate assets and oversee payment processes
✔ Develop financial models for property valuation and investment analysis
✔ Handle intercompany transactions and SPV accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliations
✔ Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and financial control teams
✔ Assist in financial reporting and process improvement
