Hiring: Barista – Immediate Joiners Only (Bahrain)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, able to create high-quality beverages, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Coffee & Tea Beverages – Make espresso-based drinks, teas, and other menu items following standard recipes.
• Operate Equipment – Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Maintain Quality – Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and preparation.
• Customer Service – Greet customers, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
• POS Handling – Process transactions accurately.
• Clean & Organize – Keep the café area, equipment, and workstations clean.
• Stock Management – Restock coffee beans, syrups, cups, and other café essentials.
• Team Collaboration – Work with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (latte art is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
