Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor – Bahrain

A leading company in Bahrain is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure efficient cleaning operations
✅ Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards
✅ Inspect premises to ensure cleanliness and compliance
✅ Train and guide housekeeping staff for better performance
✅ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
✅ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
✅ Must be experienced in housekeeping, cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, and pest control

Job Requirements:

✅ Education: High school (+2), Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality
✅ Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
✅ Skills:

• Ability to draft professional emails
• Experience with ERP/SAP software is an advantage
  ✅ Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
  ✅ License: Must have a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license
