A reputable company in Hamad Town, Bahrain, is looking for a Female HR cum Admin Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR and administration and a good understanding of Bahrain’s labor laws and government procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations, including employee records, payroll, and compliance.
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process LMRA, SIO, Sijilat, and Tamkeen applications and updates.
- Maintain office documents, reports, and databases.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Use MS Office (Excel and Word) for administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all HR and admin processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- HR management experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are an advantage.
Job Type & Salary
- Full-time position.
- Salary: BD 200 – BD 250 per month.
