A leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning services.
- Plan and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train and support staff to improve performance.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Address and resolve customer complaints quickly.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, and pest control is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (+2) or degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong email drafting skills and experience with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- A valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required.
