Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor – Bahrain

A leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning services.
• Plan and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train and support staff to improve performance.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, and pest control is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (+2) or degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong email drafting skills and experience with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• A valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required.
