Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office records, schedules, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ensure smooth office management using MS Office and ERP software.
- Support basic accounting and office management procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies are an advantage.
Job Details:
- Salary: BD 200-250
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 26 days per month
