Admin / Accountant (Bahrain, Manama)

A well-established company in Bahrain is looking for an Admin / Accountant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and VAT filing.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records.
  • Assist in import documentation, LMRA, Tamkeen, GOSI, and other government-related work.
  • Maintain office administration tasks, including correspondence and filing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and financial matters.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
  • Support general office operations, including HR and payroll tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of VAT, import/export documentation, and Bahrain financial regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in the wholesale, distribution, or retail industry is an advantage.
