Position: Senior Accountant

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting practices and hands-on experience with Tally ERP. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in the F&B or FMCG industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in F&B or FMCG)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and cloud accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
