Car Rental Sales Manager – Rent A Car Industry Experience Required

A well-established car rental brand in Bahrain is looking for a Car Rental Sales Manager to join its growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through meetings and outreach.
• Assess current sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Research new market opportunities to expand the business.
• Forecast sales projections and revenue growth.
• Utilize experience in the automotive industry to drive business success.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the car rental sector.
• Strong experience in customer service and client management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and car rental management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bahrain market.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong time management and strategic planning skills.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is required.

Note: Experience in the rent-a-car industry is mandatory.
