Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial, Real Estate, Operations & Maintenance Services
- Availability: Should be ready to join on short notice
- Previous Experience & Client Contacts: Preferred
- Driving License: Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Work Hours: Flexible

- Report preparation
- Sales and new client lead generation
- Back office support
- Client management and coordination
- Recruitment and resource sourcing
- Documentation and editing
- Follow-ups and deal/project closing
