Job Description:

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil) with expertise in managing construction projects from the tender stage to final handover. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling using Primavera, MS Projects, and other planning tools.
  • Cost & Resource Management for infrastructure and high-rise building projects.
  • Coordination with project managers, management teams, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Monitoring and Control of project resources, costs, materials, and machinery.
  • Ensuring timely project delivery within the planned budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in project planning & execution.
  • Software Proficiency: Primavera, MS Projects.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills.
