Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations in our 5-star hotel in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily operations across restaurants, bars, and room services
✔ Supervise and train food & beverage staff for top-tier service delivery
✔ Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments for smooth operations
✔ Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels efficiently
✔ Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain service standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of GCC experience in a similar role
✔ Strong leadership and customer service skills
✔ Relevant qualification in hospitality management (preferred)
