Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to consultants.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
- Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
- Maintain and organize databases, records, and client documentation.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals, research, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality consultancy is a plus.
